Cast your vote early in the Maryland Gubernatorial Primary Election at University of Maryland, Baltimore’s new early voting site!

Limited free parking is available on the third floor of the Pratt Street Garage. Walk-ins are preferred.

Who Can Vote Early at the Campus Center?

If you are a registered voter and member of one of the parties holding a primary election, you can vote during early voting.

Do You Have to Be a City Resident?

During early voting, you can vote at any early voting center in the jurisdiction where you live. Here is a list of Maryland early voting centers by county.

What Do You Need to Bring With You?

If you are a first-time voter, you may be asked to show your identification (ID) to an election judge.
A current and valid photo ID or a government document that shows your name and address are acceptable – “current” means the document is dated within three months of the election. For example, you could bring your:

  • Maryland driver’s license
  • Maryland Vehicle Administration ID card
  • Student, employee, or military ID card
  • U.S. passport
  • Any other state or federal government-issued ID card
  • Current utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Government check, paycheck
