Campus Seeks Input on Facilities Master Plan

The UMB Department of Real Estate, Planning, and Space Management is seeking public input for the campus’ new facilities master plan. The plan will guide the physical development of the University for the next 10 years and will address the following issues: space needs, facilities renewal, infrastructure, land use planning, parking and transportation, pedestrian circulation, and capital budget planning. The campus’ master planning team will be hosting an open house on Dec. 16 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the ground floor of the SMC Campus Center to solicit public input on several draft concepts for physical changes to the campus. We encourage everyone from the campus community to stop in at anytime during the open house to speak one on one with our master planners.

You can review the University’s last five-year facilities master plan update.
