The University Counseling Center, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential assessment, referral and information service designed to provide help with any kind of personal problem that may be affecting your life and/or job performance.

These problems could include stress, emotional problems, family, legal or financial concerns, or substance abuse. Excellent resource for supervisors as well! Team-building, early conflict resolution and employee support are available from EAP staff.
