Looking for a clinical volunteer opportunity? Eyecare for the Homeless is a collaboration between Health Care for the Homeless and the Ophthalmology Department at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Four afternoons a month, residents and volunteers go to Health Care for the Homeless and screen patients for common eye disorders. As a volunteer, you will help guide patients through their visits and help conduct surveys to determine the barriers to eye care.

We are looking for volunteers to commit to at least one three-hour shift per month. If you are interested, please fill out our application at https://forms.gle/jzRvig41fNdepmD99 by Nov. 1, 2019.
