Pilates is more than just a workout. Pilates can clear your mind and give you energy and inner serenity. You will learn the basics of Pilates Barre and how the activity can increase mobility and strength. All levels are welcome to join. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and also be able to get down on the floor on mats with potenial assist from other objects (ie. chair, bench, wall).
