Volunteers Needed for Heart Research Study

The Institute of Human Virology (IHV) is conducting a study to see which patients are at increased risk for heart disease by taking pictures of heart vessels via CT scan.
Who can join?
Adults without prior heart disease or strokes, not receiving diabetes medications, and not having chest pain or heaviness.
- Age 40-60
- No history of HIV and/or hepatitis C
- Had two clinic visits within the past year with a clinical provider
What procedures will be done?
- Two study visits
- Blood draws at both study visits and one coronary CT scan

Compensation
Participants will be compensated $155 for their time.
