Mayor's Office contracts with Dr. Liggett-Creel on Community Violence Prevention
Dr. Kyla Liggett-Creel will be the lead evaluator on a two year violence prevention initiative in Baltimore City. The initiative will focus on decreasing violence through community-based mentoring, rites of passage programs, and community outreach and case management.
