Jaslynn Hutley-Pierre, MBA, assistant director of admissions and scholarships operations, presented “Admissions Best Practices: Using the CRM to Improve Communication” at the 92nd Annual Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Office of Admission (MSACROA) Conference and Meeting in Atlantic City, N.J., on Nov. 28.
MSACROA is the oldest of the regional groups of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.
