DNP student awarded Colleen J. Goode Research into Practice EBP Poster Award


Keisha Indenbaum-Bates, MS '17, RN, DNP Family Nurse Practitioner specialty student, will receive the Colleen J. Goode Research into Practice EBP Poster Award at the 29th National Evidence-Based Practice Conference for her poster “Implementation of a Neonatal Dextrose Gel Algorithm to Increase Exclusive Breastfeeding Rates.” The award will be presented on April 20 at the 29th National Evidence-Based Practice Conference in Iowa City, Iowa, followed by a live presentation of her work.

Her poster represents the culmination of her DNP scholarly project, which she implemented under the guidance of Rosemarie DiMauro Satyshur, PhD, RN, assistant professor, and Renee Franquiz, DNP, RN, CNE, assistant professor and director of the Post-Master's DNP option.
