Charlotte Nwogwugwu, DrPH, MPH, MSN, HIV PCP, CPH-BC, assistant professor, was featured on "The Pulse of Nursing: Strategies for Effective RN Workforce Management" a virtual panel interview of nurse leaders on strategies to improve the RN workforce. In addition to discussing mental health initiatives that could support nurses, she also highlighted the leadership of Jane M. Kirschling, PhD, RN, FAAN, the Bill and Joanne Conway Dean of the University of Maryland School of Nursing, in executing the early exit program at UMSON.
