Corey Shdaimah, Daniel Thursz Distinguished Professor of Social Justice, doctoral students Nancy Franke and Todd Becker, and Professor Chrysanthi Leon of the University of Delaware have a new paper published in Anti-Trafficking Review Speical Issue: Home and Homelessness. In the article, they explore the meanings of housing in the context of court-affiliated PDPs in the US cities of Baltimore and Philadelphia based on interviews and focus groups with 31 PDP participants and 32 criminal legal system professionals.
