Karen Clark, PhD, RN, Alumna CCRN, assistant professor, published a book, "The Health Informatics Guide: A Beginner’s Guide to Systems."

This beginner's guide melds informatics and systems thinking by incorporating many aspects of information, technology, and innovations encountered when engaging in the delivery of health care. It explores topics surrounding epidemiology, data visualization, working with budgets in a nursing unit, and interprofessional work.
