The Institute's Margo Candelaria and Kate Sweeney Presented At InterActivity 2023
Margo Candelaria PhD and Kate Sweeney MSW, LCSW-C, of the UMB SSW’s Institute for Innovation and Implementation presented at the Association of Children’s Museums Interactivity Conference in New Orleans alongside partners from Baltimore’s Port Discovery Museum about our partnership to infuse infant and early childhood mental health and parenting principles into the museum's Teddy Talks, an interactive puppet show to engage young museum visitors and their families in strategies to address and understand feelings and emotions.
