MSW student, Alex Boldin, and staff member Ericka Shook, were part of UMB-IPE Team that won the National Academy of Medicine Public Health Challenge
Alex Boldin (MSW Student and BHWISE Fellow) and Ericka Shook (UMB Staff Member and MPH Student) were part of a UMB-IPE team that won the Grand Prize at the Annual National Academy of Medicine’s Public Health Challenge. The competition was on mental health and wellness and addressing substance abuse risks in young and emerging adults. The team will received $3000 in prize money, and their work will be published on on the NAM website: DC Public Health Case Challenge - National Academy of Medicine
