Dr. Cardenas recently published an article entitled "Profiles of Service-Engaged Intimate Partner Violence Survivors: Considerations for Service Delivery and Continuation."
This study identified distinct patterns of cultural beliefs, stigma related to attitudes about seeking formal help, and intimate partner violence (IPV) experiences among a sample of racially and ethnically diverse service-engaged IPV survivors.
