Bill and Conway Dean joins Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity Charter Committee.
Yolanda Ogbolu, PhD '11, MS '5, BSN '04, NNP, FNAP, FAAN, the Bill and Joanne Conway Dean of the University of Maryland School of Nursing, has joined the Charter Committee of the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity, housed at George Washington University.
The program is a one-year, non-residential fellowship for early to mid-career professionals from around the globe who are engaged in health-related work. It combines in-person gatherings with a virtual curriculum, offers mentorship and coaching, fostering the development of health equity leadership skills with an emphasis on creating sustainable change in fellows’ communities.
The Charter Committee provides advice and counsel on the construction, curriculum, management, and finances of the program and the community of practice that it is building around the globe.
