Assistant professor passes neonatal nurse practitioner certification exam.
Anjana Solaiman, DNP '20, MS '09, NNP-BC, IBCLC, assistant professor, recently passed the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification exam, making her a certified neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP). NNP's are advanced practice nurses whose scope of practice includes the provision of direct patient care to preterm infants, full-term infants, neonates, and children up to the age of two.
