Cynthia L. Hollis, MBA, CRA, earned her Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification from the Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC). RACC is a private, independent, national, nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing and improving the research administration profession. The CRA was developed as a service to the research community and functions as an indicator of expertise. It demonstrates an elite level of knowledge, experience, and commitment attained by only a select few within the profession.
