The Faculty Awards are the highest honor presented by the University System of Maryland Board of Regents to exemplary faculty members across the University System. These awards publicly recognize distinguished performance in teaching; scholarship, research, or creative activity; public service; mentoring; and innovation on the part of faculty members.
