Assistant Professor profiled in 'Capsule' magazine.
Sarah Holmes, PhD '19, MSW, assistant professor, was featured in the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy's Winter 2022 edition of Capsule magazine. Prior to joining UMSON, Holmes served as a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Pharmacy's Peter Lamy Center on Drug Therapy and Aging.
During her postdoc, Holmes used national Medicare claims data to investigate the impact of a federal initiative to reduce antipsychotic medication use by nursing home residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
