Kimberly Mutcherson

The Law & Health Care Program at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law invites you to join us at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 6 as we welcome Kimberly Mutcherson, dean and professor of law, Rutgers Law School, to kick off our 2022-2023 Rothenberg Health Care Law & Policy Speaker Series. Mutcherson will be sharing her presentation "A Phoenix from the Ashes? Reproductive Justice in a World without Roe."

Mutcherson is an award-winning professor whose scholarship focuses on reproductive justice, bioethics, and family and health law. She has presented her scholarship nationally and internationally and publishes extensively on assisted reproduction, families, and the law. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Bioethics and the Columbia Law School Center for Gender and Sexuality Law.
