The University of Maryland School of Social Work's Institute for Innovation and Implementation has partnered with Catholic Charities through a federally funded program, B’More Succeeds, to serve young people ages 14 through 25 in Baltimore City who are facing mental health or substance use challenges and may be pregnant, parenting, or experiencing housing instability.
