Join Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS) at 10 a.m. Nov. 15 as it kicks off periodic drop-in sessions to discuss a variety of compliance and/or change management issues. This inaugural session will focus on using the University Pcard to make food purchases. A brief presentation will cover topics such as allowability of catered events, documentation requirements, and common challenges. The remainder of the session will offer an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns.

Attendance is encouraged for those tasked with planning catered events and PCardholders who frequently pay for catering.
