The newly expanded child care grant is available to assist working parents at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). The Child Care Grant will help eligible employees pay for qualifying, work-related child care and will be administered by Human Resource Services.
Expanded criteria now include:
- Before-school care up to age 12
- After-school care up to age 12
- Combined before- and after-care school care up to age 12
- Summer care up to age 12
Applications are open until Dec. 2, with payments to start in January 2023.
