October is Conflict Resolution Month, and UMB's Workplace Mediation Service (WMS) will celebrate with several events. This year's theme is "Realize the Benefits of Open Communication: Working Toward Respect and Integrity." Mediation is about communication. And we were inspired by and excited that open communication has a supporting role in the University's core value of Respect and Integrity.
