The time has come to redesign the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s (UMB) Performance Development Program (PDP) and Evaluation Form, and we want to hear from you! On Nov. 16, you will receive an electronic invitation to participate in the UMB Performance Management Assessment Survey. The survey is an important tool for obtaining feedback from staff and faculty who supervise staff about the PDP and Evaluation Form.
We value your input, and we are invested in the continuous improvement of our policies, processes, and programs at the University. With your responses, we will be able to identify areas of the PDP and Evaluation Form that need improvement. The results will help us to continue to enhance the user experience and strengthen and streamline the performance evaluation process and tools.
Your participation in this survey is vital, and we appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. You will be able to access the survey through the upcoming email from PerformanceManagement@umaryland.edu.
Survey responses are anonymous. Please DO NOT delete the emailed invitation, as it will be the only way to access the survey. The survey will be open between Nov. 16 and Dec. 7, 2022.
