Beginning Sept. 12, 2022, the entry into the Pratt Street Garage will only be accessible from Penn Street. Access from Pratt Street is closed due to the current phase of the infrastructure project. All entering vehicles must make an immediate right turn and proceed to the upper levels of the garage. Levels 1 and below will not be accessible during this phase. Vehicle parking will begin at level 2. Electric vehicle charging stations and all other reserved spaces on level 1 will not be available as well.
All traffic must exit through the rear of Pratt Street Garage and proceed to Pratt Street. Please follow all posted garage traffic signage, as well as detour signage on Pratt and Penn streets to ensure the safety of parkers and pedestrians.
The duration of this phase of the infrastructure project is expected to be approximately three weeks, weather permitting. Parkers will be notified in advance when normal operations will resume.
