Central Maryland Area Health Education Center is proud to offer students an exciting opportunity to be a part of AHEC Scholars.
AHEC Scholars is a nationally recognized program focusing on interprofessional training. In addition, the program encourages students to consider working in underserved and underrepresented communities.
CMAHEC provides students with opportunities throughout the year to have interprofessional experiences, including health fairs, book clubs, and various workshops. In addition, students have the opportunity to network with other health professional students from disciplines as well as with students from other programs across the state and nation. The Scholars program allows students to expand their horizons based on their interests and educational goals.
