ALL UMB Parkers:
The Pratt Street Garage renovation and campus electrical projects impacting access to garages will be completed by Oct. 14. Effective Oct. 17, all UMB garages will return to pre-pandemic operations. All UMB permitted parkers must park in their assigned garage and adhere to all parking rules and regulations. Individuals who do not park in their assigned garage during restricted times will be considered a visitor and charged accordingly upon exit. The Penn Street Garage will no longer operate 24/7 and will close at midnight on Friday, Oct. 14, and reopen at 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17. Please ensure that your vehicle is removed from the garage prior to midnight on Friday, Oct. 14.
All levels, and front entrance and exit lanes in the Pratt Street Garage will be accessible, and the rear exit will be closed. All relocated reserved spaces will return to their original location and EV charging stations will be placed back in service.
