PATIENTS Program Summer Roundtable Series: Role of Faith Leaders in Community Health and Best Practices for Partnering with Community
July 27, 2022Join us for the 2022 Summer Roundtable Series sponsored by The PATIENTS Program at the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Pharmacy.
On August 2 at 1:30 p.m., Dr. Franklin Lance, President and CEO, Parks & People will talk about his role in building partnerships and show how communities should be treated in partnerships with academia and the private sector. Dr. Lance will lead a panel on how their congregations have embraced their roles as champions of community and public health.
On August 4 at noon, join the PATIENTS Program’s Community Engagement team to learn what it means to partner in the community. What worked? What didn’t? They will talk about the tools they used to create and sustain the partnerships vital to the work of the PATIENTS Program.
