The UMSON Office of Academic and Career Success (OACS) is currently recruiting potential Learning Lab Leaders and Peer Tutors for Spring 2023.

Learning Lab Leaders and Peer Tutors partner with the director and assistant director of OACS, along with BSN and CNL program faculty, to provide academic support services for nursing students in first through third semester courses. 

If you have a passion for assisting your peers in learning and using study strategies that can improve their academic performance and are interested in gaining experience as an educator and peer mentor, this is the opportunity for you!

We will begin meeting with potential candidates either in person or virtually as applications are received to discuss the positions available, time commitment, and compensation, and to answer any other questions you may have. Interviews will be conducted until all available positions are filled.
