In April 2022, University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) President Bruce E. Jarrell, MD, FACS, sent out a Universitywide letter describing how UMB will be developing a Future of Work Task Force that will help us think through the changing needs of our institution, support our existing workforce, and plan for the future.
