(L.E.A.D.) Initiative

This fall, the School of Social Work's Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) is recruiting for the Leading for Equity, Anti-Racism, and Diversity (L.E.A.D.) Initiative.

We are hosting two fall cohorts and want to ensure that we have a diverse and inclusive group of staff and faculty members who are ready to learn and grow together.

This year, the L.E.A.D. Initiative will debut a hybrid model. Module 1 will be in person at the Baltimore SSW campus. Modules 2-4 will be held virtually. Please check the dates and times below.

  • Cohort 1 Dates: Friday, Sept. 16, Monday, Sept. 19, Friday, Sept. 23, and Friday, Sept. 30

  • Cohort 2 Dates: Fridays, Oct. 21, Oct. 28, Nov. 4, and Nov. 11

Sessions will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The coaching will be on the last day, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be broken into three 90-minute sections that participants can choose from.

To participate and to receive CEUs, you MUST commit to all four sessions!
