Virtual, In-Person, and Experiential Learning Interprofessional Opportunities on Campus
August 02, 2022Preparing the Future (PTF) is an interdisciplinary program that provides interprofessional opportunities for any student who is interested in learning about HIV in a collaborative manner.
Interprofessional education provides the future health care professional with the ability to work together with a multidisciplinary team to provide care that yields a more efficient health care system with better patient outcomes.
Students who complete this program receive a certificate of completion and the experience to work successfully in an interprofessional setting treating HIV patients as well as other chronic long-term illnesses.
