UMB’S ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD SPRING FESTIVAL

11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parking lot at West Baltimore and South Poppleton streets (look for the UMB and Community Engagement Center banners.)
Volunteers are needed to help set up the event, serve refreshments, staff children’s activities, and break down after the event.
First Shift: Setup and Event Support/Assistance
9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Set up tables and chairs; direct vendors to assigned areas; set up children’s activities; provide support during the festival by staffing information and children’s activities stations; assist with serving food, control lines for activities, etc.
Second Shift: Wrap-Up and Breakdown
12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Relieve first-shift volunteers staffing information and children’s activities stations; assist in serving food, control lines for activities, breakdown of chairs and tables, etc.
