The Mental Health Association of Maryland (MHAMD) has selected Michelle Zabel as the recipient of the 2022 Paula Hamburger Child Advocacy Award in recognition of her dedication and efforts to improve the lives of children, youth, and their families across the country living with mental health and substance use disorders. The award will be presented at MHAMD’s annual legislative briefing, which will be held virtually this year on Thursday, Feb. 17, 3 p.m.-5 p.m.
