How do you create a successful team when there are so many differences? There are differences of opinion, differences in generation and personality, and many more. More members of Gen Z are entering the workforce, and they are more diverse and open-minded than any previous generation. They seek out workplaces that celebrate, rather than tolerate, differences.

Join the Chesapeake Chapter for the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI) at 2 p.m. Aug. 24 for a guided discussion on "Let's Make a Fruit Salad: Celebrating Differences in the Workplace." Our speaker is Laurel Long, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, associate vice president, Human Resources, University of Alabama in Huntsville, moderated by Vanessa Greer Ettema from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Registration is free for full or chapter SRAI members, and $25 for nonmembers. Please register here!
