Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS) hosts periodic drop-in sessions to discuss a variety of compliance and/or change management issues.

Join CMAS at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, for a one-hour session on booking business travel via the UMB PCard. The emphasis will be on the nuances of using the PCard to pay for hotel reservations, and allowability of other travel categories will be discussed as well. A short presentation will cover relevant sections of the travel policy and PCard documentation requirements, describe best practices for booking and how to proceed when mistakes occur, and highlight common problems/audit issues. The remainder of the session will offer an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns.

Attendance is encouraged for any PCardholders and Authorized Reviewers in departments that use the PCard for business travel. All are invited to bring specific scenarios for group discussion. Representatives from OOTC will be available to answer questions.

Questions on other compliance related topics are welcome, as are suggestions for future focus topics. No registration required for this virtual meeting. Please create your own calendar reminder and save this link: Click here to join the meeting.
