A new COVID Report Form for students has been created to complete when they have tested positive for COVID. Please ask that they complete the form if they report testing positive to you, so that we can provide guidance based on the current CDC guidelines for healthcare workers. This is also to help track the number of cases we have amongst students and if there are any outbreaks.
