The UMB CURE Scholars Program would like to invite the UMB community and partners to our annual STEM Expo from 9 a.m.-noon May 13 at the SMC Campus Center, Elm Ballrooms A & B. This culminating event showcases what CURE scholars have learned throughout the year, giving an opportunity for the scholars to present their research using college-level posters.
The UMB CURE Scholars Program is a groundbreaking science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) pipeline program that supports students starting in sixth grade and follows them through middle school and high school. The program gives the students hands-on learning experiences and opportunities to work on advanced research projects as early as middle school.
