The 2023 Home and Community-Based Care Symposium will explore current and future benefits and challenges of technology for patients, caregivers, and providers, as well as for public health. Our goal is for all participants to learn together and apply their expertise in examining strategies that will enhance models of home- and community-based care and will ultimately improve health outcomes.
