Attention UMB travelers and travel approvers:
Concur, the new fully integrated travel booking and expense application, is coming April 10. Make sure you're ready by attending one of the virtual or hybrid information sessions beginning March 21.
For travelers, the session will cover how to set up your Concur profile, add a delegate, create a travel request, book travel, and create an expense reimbursement using Concur. These will be instructor-led sessions using the live system. If you’re planning business travel this year, you don’t want to miss one of these one-hour sessions!
For travel approvers, the session will cover how approvals work in Concur for supervisors, travel administrators, or cost center approvers. These will be instructor-led sessions using the live system and will present the entire approval process in Concur. If you’re responsible for any part of the travel approval process for your department or school, attending one of these half-hour sessions is a must.
