Did you know that instructor-led Concur Travel and Expense classes are scheduled monthly and are available to all campus users?
June's classes will be held the week of June 12. There are four instructor-led classes:
- Creating Travel Requests in Concur
- Approving Travel and Expense Forms in Concur
- Booking in Concur
- Creating Travel Expense Reports in Concur
The prerequisite for instructor-led courses is the Introduction to Concur Travel and Expense System. The Introduction class is available as several online tutorials. You can navigate directly to the Introduction course at myumb.umaryland.edu > Concur Travel & Expenses > Concur Tutorials.
- You must register for the Introduction course before you will be able to register for other Concur instructor-led training courses.
- Ignore the date/time of the Introduction course. It's self-study, and you can take it any time you'd like.
- Your registration will count as having completed the self-study tutorials. *But please step through them anyway — it's very helpful.
