As a Concur approver, you are able to see all the requests and expense reports you've approved. Follow these easy steps to find the forms you've approved:

To view all approved travel requests:

1. Navigate to the Approvals tab
2. You will see three tabs at the top: Approvals Home, Requests, Reports
3. Click “Requests”
4. Under the drop-down menu for “Limit results to,” select “All Approved Requests"

To view all approved reports:

1. Navigate to the Approvals tab
2. You will see 3 tabs at the top: Approvals Home, Requests, Reports
3. Click “Reports”
4. Click the blue “View” link on the left
5. Change the view to “All Reports you Approved”
