The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) is holding listening sessions for faculty, staff, students, and affinity groups based on personal and positional identities.

Feedback from these meetings will help form the themes and focus areas for UMB’s inaugural Diversity Strategic Plan.

Meetings will be held virtually, in person, or hybrid to maximize accessibility.
