As part of the development of the University of Maryland, Baltimore's (UMB) first-ever Diversity Strategic Plan, the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) designed a site for you to share your feedback and virtually interact with other members of UMB’s community. The virtual diversity strategic plan discussion board is an extension of the committee-led Listening Sessions that are being planned now. Be on the lookout in April for virtual and in-person Listening Sessions options.
