All UMB Foundation disbursement requests that need to be processed in Fiscal Year 2023 must be submitted electronically via the PaperSave smart form and approved by the individual with signature authority by Monday, June 26. All E-DRFs approved after June 26, 2023, will be processed in Fiscal Year 2024. The first check run of FY24 will be July 14, 2023.
As a reminder, the E-DRF review process starts when the account-authorized signer approves the E-DRF in PaperSave. After their approval, the foundation begins their review process and, if there are no issues, it can be included in the following Friday’s check run.
