The Law & Health Care Program will be welcoming three attorneys working in various roles in-house at the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS): Trevor Coe, Dena Terra, and Michael Brown. Students with an interest in health law, business law, IP, and compliance will find this especially interesting.

This will be an excellent chance to learn about in-house roles, including transactional and litigation work, business operations, patient care issues, and employment law. Each of these practicing health lawyers has a unique career path and current set of skills, and this is also a great network-building opportunity, as the UMMS Office of General Counsel frequently offers internships and post-graduate fellowships as well.
