Graduation Packet Pickup:
- Baltimore: May 15 - 17, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Suite 101
- USG: May 16, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Building I, Room 101C
Friday, March 31
Deadline to change your directory settings, i.e. to remove the confidentiality flag.
Friday, April 14
Deadline to change the mailing address for your diploma if you do not attend the campus ceremony or pick up your diploma during the published timeframe from the University registrar
Contact the UMB Office of the Registrar if you want to change the name on your diploma to your preferred name.
If you have had at least one loan while in attendance at UMB, you are required to complete federal student loan exit counseling. Students who are required to complete exit counseling have received an email from the Office of Financial Aid with the deadline. If the graduating student fails to complete the exit counseling, the diploma will not be released after the commencement ceremony.
The Office of Financial Aid and the Office of the Registrar, have emailed students using their UMB email address with this information.
