The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) and Johns Hopkins University are studying how the brain processes pain.
If you are interested in participating and eligible to be in the study, there will be two in-person sessions and several questionnaires. The first session will be conducted through Johns Hopkins. During this session, you will complete the informed consent procedure and fill out several questionnaires, and we will familiarize you with our study measures. If you are eligible after the first session and still wish to participate, your second session would be an MRI/EEG scan at UMB. Total time to participate in this study will be five hours.
Eligibility: 21-65 years old, healthy, no chronic pain or medications.
